I MISS PIZZA, I'M NOT GONNA TO LIE






Since giving up dairy, I miss pizza the most.  I thought it would be ice cream, but dark chocolate settles the same place. Cooking has become creation.  I snip vegan recipes into Evernote, then freestyle at the stove.  A chef on the Food Network said one should cook from ingredients already on-hand.  Shopping at the local growers' markets allows me to do that.  What's in season? What looks good?

I don't know who made I'm not gonna lie obnoxiously popular.  I hear it from teenagers and Rachel Zoe.  [Yes, I watch the show, I'm not gonna lie.]  If a phrase is popular today, then it's already an out of season ingredient for writing.
