The upside of cooking a turkey for Christmas day is turkey sandwiches through New Year's Eve. The downside is transporting the damn thing to my son's house in the back of my Matrix. The groove on the floor of the back filled with turkey juice, which subsequently congealed into a thin line of brown gelatinous mess. Yuk.
